Only a few days after visiting Shtime,  the home town of Gazi, he returned with his wife Hazime and their children Arita, Tuana and Nuard back to Kosovo.

The procedure for granting the family the right of asylum took almost two years. September 11, 2016 they went back to Kosovo.
